Private beta

RareTime is an invitation-only beta. Features may change. This notice is a plain-language draft pending legal review.

What guests share

When you request a call, your name, email, message and preferred timing are saved and shown only to the member you contacted (and RareTime staff for support or abuse handling).

What members share

Your page shows only what you choose to publish. Availability, prices you hide and requests stay private to you.

Payments

No payments are taken in the beta. A request does not schedule a call or create any charge.

Google Calendar (optional)

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and only ever happens with your consent, separately from Google sign-in. In this beta, a connection is used for connected features and testing. It does not automatically schedule guest calls: every call is arranged directly between you and your guest. You can disconnect at any time.

Emails

Every request you receive is always saved in your dashboard, so you never miss one. Outbound email to guests and invitees is currently restricted during the beta, so don't rely on delivery: check your dashboard instead.

Your choices

Members can edit or unpublish their page at any time. To delete your data, contact the RareTime team through your invitation contact.
